How To Stop Stress



Setting Free

  Setting free is a warm-up. And calm environment. It let's all your fears come out. Let are your worries and struggles come out. When you are also thinking about something you love. Or something you mostly enjoy doing. Ex: Hanging with friends, Chatting, Learning new language, Learning Sign Language, Dancing, Reading, Etc.

  And stressing is a major deal. DON'T stress. It could cause a lot of things to happen. Try to be happy. The world needs a lot of people to be happy. You can start. If you don't know what Stress means. It means pressure.
